I've probably read over thirty marriage books in the twenty years we've been married, plus numerous blogs and articles. Asking my husband what his thoughts and dreams are, what he'd like to change in our marriage, etc etc etc. Lots of things were helpful. But nothing was truly transforming the way this book and its companion, For Women Only, have been.We truly feel like newlyweds again except without any of the painful mistakes that newlyweds make. My husband said that this book really opened his eyes to so many things.And, each of us was surprised to know that our inner hurts and struggles were actually very common for our gender! It was actually a big relief.Pray for yourself, pray for your spouse, pray for your marriage, and read these books together. There is a spectrum for everything so talk about what applies to you and what doesn't.My husband rarely writes reviews on books so I'll recap what he told me about this book: "Some of the key points in this book I already knew in a vague way (after 20 years of marriage) but didn't know how to apply that to improve myself. And there were a few things that truly shocked me, like finding out you don't know how beautiful you are! Or that you wonder, so frequently, if I regret marrying you! Now I know what your heart longs for and I will give that to you, every day of my life. I will never stop pursuing you!"Swept off my feet!
it's helpful if you like a really "man next door" author voice. definitely take some of his generalizations with a grain of salt, as all women will be different.I gave this to my fiance after reading it and writing notes in it to let him know what did and didn't apply to me, and he really appreciated it.If you think your husband/SO will benefit from hearing traditional advice for men like "listen before talking," "she won't enjoy sex without romance," "she has a lot of complicated thoughts in her brain," and "women really struggle with body image, so give her lots of compliments," then this is the book for him!Fairly Biblical, but if you're a Christian, I might recommend more theology-based approaches like "Intimate Allies".
I read the "For Women Only" and decided to read this just out of curiosity. Men, I can tell you as a woman that I identified with so many things in this book and felt like "yes! That is me!" If you feel like you don't understand why your mother, sister, girlfriend, wife, etc is the way she is, I highly recommend this book! It touches on women's insecurities, what "security" means (hint: it's not just about the money), how women think and are wired differently than men, what we mean when we say "I don't want you to fix it; I just want you to listen!", women's sex drive and what that means (and does not mean) about you, and ultimately what you can do to show the woman in your life that you love and cherish her in the way that will make her understand that.Seriously guys, read it. Some things may not make sense because men and women ARE different, but this book will help you understand that your lady is not crazy. There is a rhyme and reason for how she is!
As a woman, I thought this book was very validating. YAY! I may be crazy but all of us women are-HAHAHA. Just kidding :) I love us women. We are awesome :) There are some commonalities that we share and it was very validating to understand that I am not the only one who feels this way. I recommend the corresponding book too, "For Women Only". Nicely written and easy to understand. It would be helpful if you are in a relationship to have a conversation with your partner about each book for additional insight.
This is a must read book. Ladies, read it and you will learn things about yourself you never realized. You will say, " spot on". Men, this is a must read to understand the female brain. I think every couple needs to read this.
Great read for both men and women but definitely men. I think some stuff in it a lot of women dont even know about themselves. Also for those who do know, it gives you great ways to actually put what you are feeling into words.For the men, if you read you MUST use it to your advantage and put into action. Not use it to down play your significant other. Use it to be more healthy in the way you communicate and interact with your significant other.
Love both this book and for women only, my husband and I both read this one, I recommend you read it first and highlight the areas you want your husband to really focus on and then have him read it. My husband doesn’t even like to read but he said he found this book sompletely eye opening and that he felt he could totally understand me in more ways than before. I recommend for any marriage!!! Especially a marriage that has some constant misunderstandings or lack of communication.
I have used this book often in working with couples and the corresponding book "For Women Only" as well. Very good insight for men & to how to relate to women & particularly their spouse. The author is careful not to generalize and allow for relationships that do not necessarily fit the majority or norm. My favorite part is the short list in a fold out in the front that gives 6 different insights on "Why does she?" Then Here is Why, & Here is What to do. Not a fix all but it does provide some great understanding. I have asked a good number of women if they can relate and they do. Some didn't completely agree but were happy to give some additional insight and thought it was helpful info for their husband.

There are so many things I truly enjoyed about this book so let's talk details!Tharaen is a captivating, imaginative, fast-paced, exceptionally well-crafted and edited, full-length standalone historical medieval time travel romance with paranormal, supernatural, and fantasy elements, and filled to the brim with compelling drama, pulse-pounding danger, edge-of-your-seat action, daring adventure, nail-biting suspense, heart-wrenching angst, steamy passion, and heartwarming romance. The narrative is beautifully written in the third person with multiple perspectives and this story had quite a few. In some instances, multiple points of view can be somewhat confusing to the reader if they aren't skillfully written, but Hunter does an excellent job. All the perspectives are clearly discernible by individual chapters. I always enjoy stories written with clearly defined multiple perspectives. It allows me to know the thoughts of all the primary characters, not just the protagonists, and I especially love it when we know what's going on in the convoluted minds of the bad guys. I think it adds so much more depth to the story. The dialogue is smart, snappy, and flows effortlessly. Hunter obviously did her research because I found the language and terminology for the era to be authentic, articulate, and exceptionally well executed. In other words, Hunter's fourteenth-century characters spoke like fourteenth-century Scottish Highlanders. In reality, none of us would actually be able to understand a fourteenth-century Highlander, but Hunter did make them sound as realistic as possible, which definitely added to my enjoyment of this story. But without a doubt, my favorite element of every book is the characters, and this story is no exception. Hunter gives us a large cast of intriguing, engaging, and well-developed characters who literally explode from the pages, grab your imagination, demand your undivided attention, and completely capture your heart. I fell head over heels for the two protagonists, present-day San Diego Police Department Lieutenant Diana Burke and fourteenth-century Scottish Highlander Tharaen Aber. OMG! I loved these two characters! Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed all the characters but Diana grabbed me in the very first chapter and I became completely smitten(obsessed...lol...) with huge, hunkalicious, highlander Tharaen Aber aka Raen when he was introduced in the first book of the series. Diana Burke is a tough-as-nails, six-foot female cop assigned to the missing person unit of the San Diego Police Department. Diana was abandoned at a police station as a child by her drug-addicted, prostitute mother and placed in a foster home where she was the victim of abuse and neglect. Fortunately, a San Diego police officer took an interest in her case and became her mentor, inspiring her to also choose a career in law enforcement. Diana is such a dedicated, determined, and realistic character with whom I connected on a very personal level. She's also a strong, independent woman with remarkable empathy and strength of character who fights for every breath and never accepts defeat. Diana's resolve to find missing person Captain Kinley Chandler, the heroine from the first book of the series, is only one example of her incredible tenacity, one which leads her to the surprising discovery of having much more in common with the missing Air Force captain than she ever could have imagined and, ultimately, to the same fate. Immortal Highlander Tharaen Aber was introduced in the first book of the series as friend and bodyguard to Lachlan McDonnel, Laird of Clan McDonnel of the Island of Skye, but in Book 2 we find Raen has now become seneschal(steward) of Clan McDonnel. Diana and Raen are perfect together and complement each other brilliantly! The interaction between these two remarkable characters is absolutely captivating, their attraction undeniable, and their fate inescapable. When these two meet, sparks fly and passion explodes, and I do mean quite literally! I snorted, snickered, sniffled, and sobbed through the entire story but by the end, I was happy, satisfied, and well entertained! Well done, Hazel Hunter! Well done, indeed!Did I like this book? No, I loved it! I was glued to my seat, white knuckling my ereader, completely captivated with my heart fluttering wildly in my chest as the time flew as quickly as the pages! I could not stop reading! I'm totally smitten with this entire series and can hardly wait to see what Hunter has in store for her readers in Book 3! Would I recommend it? You bet and I a but only for adult readers since it does contain several explicit love scenes! If you enjoy well-written medieval historical tales with supernatural elements, and liberally seasoned with time travel, action adventure, danger, drama, passion, and romance, then this book is screaming your name! And if you loved the movie and series Highlander, this story will, most likely, tickle your fancy! Will I read this author again? Absolutely! And finally, was I entertained? Completely! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!Lieutenant Diana Burke has never believed in magic - until now. Either she's experiencing the most realistic dream in history, or magic truly does exist. The scene setting and basic story were fine. The Immortals were brave and kind and tactful. The main woman character, however, was a disrespectful, aggressive, discourteous, interfering know-it-all. Truly annoying. I felt sorry for Tharaen, who would have to live with her and her self-centeredness forever.

Her mission was to investigate the disappearance ofKinley Chandler whom you remember on Lachlan. Her investigation brought her to the last placeKinley was in Horseshoe Canyon. Diana sensed that Kinley is still alive, she approached a spot on the Canyon,touched it and ended up in Medieval Scotland.Tharaen Aber is a bodyguard who found Diana lurking around Dun Aran Castle. He wandered what she was hoping toaccomplish. Tharaen cannot deny the attraction he felt for Diana. She assists everyone who is in need but the druidswants her gone.The sexual chemistry between Tharaen and Diana are so intense and hot.Will Diana find Kinley? Will Tharaen be able to convince the people to let Diana stay?Will they have their own HEA?This book was very hard to put down so I highly recommend my friends to read both stories.I look forward to more books from Ms Hunter.I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.
Really enjoyed the heroine in this story. Diana truly was honest, straightforward and a strong character. I liked that she didn't beat about the bush in her words or actions. Her insecurities didn't rule her and there was no drawn out emotional angst thankfully. A truly refreshing female lead.There were some pages I skimmed as the dialogue or story didn't offer anything useful to the scene, characters or story. Or they were a repeat of something I knew of a character or the story from a previous book. There were some rather slow scenes, and sudden jumps from inaction to action. A seamless build-up while still holding the tension in the story is required in the last chapter.Overall it was ok. I'm giving it a 4 star for the characters rather than the story plot itself in this instance.
After reading several of Hazel Hunters novels, I look forward to reading the next of her series. Her characters are worth reading about.The only two comments I have are:1. The symbols each highlander has are unique and interesting, but really creepy when it comes to the intimacy between the two loves. There's a third party in the room, or rather part of the intimacy, and it kinda gives off an air of an orgy. Usually skipped that part. My sensibilities can't seem to handle that part, but enjoy the story, nonetheless.2. Man, am I glad magic isn't part of my daily life.

Their story is one of pain, betrayal, unforeseeable sorrow and heartache that they are able to overcome and find forgiveness, love, family and friends at the heart of everything.For Raen their relationship is moving too fast and deep down he fears losing Diana. Diana, however as no such hangups and feels a deep connection to Raen that she is willing and doing everything in her power to explore with him. But they are weary because there are others who are not looking forward to a relationship blooming between them and wishes to get rid of Diana.

I have read every book in this series so far and get completely sucked up into each volume. A great series with wonderful character development, excellent environment details and descriptions. A truly great series that everyone should read.
The Wheel of Time and I have an interesting relationship. Almost all of the characters totally infuriate me but I love the writing, cultures, world building and overall plots so even when in this book everything moves at a snail’s pace and almost nothing really happens plot wise I’m still thoroughly entertained and enjoy most of the story.But here is what I’ve learned during my time with the Wheel.ⶠ- The Wheel Weaves as the Wheel Wills.What does this mean exactly? Well it pretty much means that at any time anything can happen. Especially with Ta’veren about to increase the chances that the pattern will adjust to their needs at anytime.***“Untamed men are often the most interesting. To talk to.â€A finger outlined his lips. “An untamed rogue who travels with Aes Sedai, a ta’veren who, I think, makes them a little afraid. Uneasy, at the least. It takes a man with a strong liver to make Aes Sedai uneasy. How will you bend the Pattern in Ebou Dar, just Mat Cauthon?â€***â· - There will be a prophecy or five and it will probably not go exactly how you think.***“The White Tower will be whole again, except for remnants cast out and scorned,whole and stronger than ever. Rand al’Thor will face the Amyrlin Seat and know her anger. The Black Tower will be rent in blood and fire, and sisters will walk its grounds. This I Foretell.â€***Although most of this one could go like I think, the part about the Black Tower is still very up in the air.⸠- If you are from the Two Rivers then you are more likely to distrust the people you grew up with and completely trust someone who is most likely a darkfriend. Seriously this is that part that frustrates me the most. Rand, Mat and Perrin were best of friends growing up. Thick as thieves all of their lives. Now each is Ta’vern and has a specific part to play in the final battles to come and they are more likely to distrust each other than to try to help each other out. Actually often times when they do help each other it is by complete accident. And the women they grew up with Egwene and Nynaeve it is the same issue. You would almost think they were enemies the way they all treat one another instead of people who were close in a small village and grew up together.But throw a darkfriend or Forsaken in the midst of them and that is almost always the person they decide to trust with a ridiculous amount of information and power.â¹ - If you can channel the one power then you lose some form of common sense. I seriously think that there is only a small section of Aes Sedai that I like. For the most part they seem far too arrogant and self-serving to actually get anything done. Even the ones I do/did like tend to go to extremes and I really want to smack them.***Mixing with Aes Sedai was too much like wading the streams in the Waterwood near to the Mire. However peaceful the surface, currents beneath could snatch you off your feet.***⺠- The details for the cultures and places is going to be fantastic and rich. You will definitely see not only the great differences but also the nuances between the Aiel, Domani, the Sea Folk and Seanchan. There are rich histories and reasons that each culture evolved as it did. This is really Jordan’s strong suit. He completely struggles a little with interpersonal relationships but the world building is impeccable.Even though this book barely moved any portion of the plot forward I still enjoyed most of it. There were a lot of great parts and fantastic characters. I did have a huge problem with one section thought and I’m totally going to go off on it for a second.As I said before, Jordan struggles with interpersonal relationships. Often for our main characters the jump from just meeting to being in love is really short and has very little page time dedicated to the buildup of an actual relationship. But in this book he really missed his mark with the character development he was trying to give Mat.What I believe Jordan was trying to do. Mat is a bit of a skirt chaser but we always get the sense that the skirts want to be chased and everyone is having a good time. But when Jordan tried to turn the tables on Mat and have a woman in power go after his attentions it is supposed to come off as a little funny and haha Mat how does it feel to have the tables turned. This is needed to set him up to be more receptive to the Daughter of the Nine Moons who he was prophesized to marry eventually. It was supposed to be cute and maybe a little funny What actually happened or at least how I saw it was totally and completely rape. Look I get that isn’t what he really wanted to come across but that is totally how I saw it. The Queen Tylin takes a liking to Mat and decides he is going to be her lover. She tries to get him alone, she limits what the kitchens will give him as food, she ambushes him in his rooms and when he tries to turn he down and move her away setting his hands on her she pulls her knife and there is a fade to black scene. The next day Mat is ashamed, wants to cry and doesn’t want anyone else to know. There is no mention that he loved it and wants to be with her. He acts like he was a victim and tries to avoid her at all costs.It was very poorly portrayed and if it was the man on the other end it would definitely totally be rape without question.If I didn’t think that it was totally not his intention to portray it in a comical sense I might have given up right there. Especially after how Elayne and Nynaeve treat the situation. But I’ll give Jordan a pass since all of the romantic entanglements have been handled almost as equally poorly.Best New Friendship Award - Goes to Mat and Birgetta. I love those two on page together. I’m glad Mat has one woman in his life that he likes to hang out with and isn’t interested in kissing.Non-Evil Character I want to push off a Cliff - This still goes to Elayne. The haughty daughter heir still drives me a bit crazy. She is a bit better with Avienda around to teach her Toh but I still don’t like her.OverallI’m still in it to win it and I was warned there would be a few slower books so I am prepared for them. Even though my review is a bit critical I really do like most of the characters when they are not being stupid to one another and like the intensity of the bad guys and the overall march to kill the dark one eventually. The Cultures, Magic and Mayhem make this series.
I very much enjoy serial stories. This one is mammoth! I think the author has moved a little slowly, but mostly, the reason I like it vs. loving it, is that I think he's been a little sloppy with the female characters. The story definitely wraps around the female characters; their persistence at not learning from their mistakes, their haughty and self-absorbed characters, and their very high self-beliefs make them tiring to read about. The central male characters aren't much better either.The author manages to introduce a new obstacle, or new magic, or new opponent in every book. The story is very well thought out and very well devised. I'm enjoying that aspect very much. I just hope his character development improves, cause it's a long road to go without that. It's almost like the focus is on the story with limited attention paid to character development. So. Having said all that, I'm still hooked and have gone on to the 8th book, which is really the 9th book because there was a prequel written that is numbered "0".
I'm sure Robert Jordan wasn't trying to be misogynistic when he wrote the Wheel of Time series. Indeed, he probably thought he was very forward thinking - after all, there are as many important female characters as there are males. But book 7 is a prime example of just how painful his character writing was.All of the women are very similar (because he based all the female characters on his wife), and all the male characters are also very similar (because he based them all on himself). This is true throughout the series, but it's especially noticeable in this volume. The women all feel that all men are idiots and need to be led by the nose for their own good. The men all feel that all women are manipulative and scheming (and they all are). None of the women knows how to show a modicum of respect to anybody. Attempts at respect come out as simpering and sniveling.And let's not forget that this book plays RAPE off for a laugh. Matrim Cauthin is being bedded against his will by the queen of Ebou Dar, and when he finally finds the courage to tell Elayne about it, she LAUGHS AT HIM, and says it's a taste of his own medicine (oh really? you think he's a rapist too?). Mat also spends the whole act complaining about how "This is a girl's place, not a man's" - because apparently being raped every night is only for "girls". The whole subplot is DISGUSTING and was not handled with the care and sensitivity that it should have been.I am still forcing myself to read the whole series because the world building is excellent, and the story is interesting. I just hate 99% of the characters, and spend most of my time yelling at them as I read (or listen to the audiobook). Most of Jordan's characters are pretty horrible people, with few redeeming factors (if any).

FINALLY! A diet book from an author who knows what she's talking about! I already incorporate a lot of these tips and I'm losing 3 to 6 pounds a week. Not sure why the fluctuation, since the diet and exercise are the same each week, but oh, well. I'm happy.Add Fennel Seed to the metabolism boosting spices. and change "cold water" to "ice water". Even in winter.The only negative is that she pushes grains as part of the metabolism boosting diet. We don't need them. It's the grains that made us fat in the first place, and they actually SLOW metabolism. The food pyramid needs to be turned upside down. And my doctor agrees! I went in today, and she had taken a marker and put a big black X through the "grains" section on the plate showing portion sizes. LOLI am basically eating a high protein, near zero-carb diet, and just got my complete panel blood work results. "keep doing whatever it is you're doing" was what the doctor said.And this book pretty much is following what I'm doing (sans grains)The author does get a few things confused though... like hyperthyroidism vs hypothyroidism. A common error that often gets perpetuated when an author doesn't understand the Greek and Latin root words. I automatically transposed these in my own head...because I have a friend who has a HYPOthyroid...(underactive) rather than a HYPERthyroid (overactive).

I was a bit disappointed about a few things. While it was an overall helpful resource, there were a few major inconsistencies.First off, hyperthyroidism is NOT the term for an underactive thyroid. It's an overactive thyroid (hence the word "hyper"). Hypothyroidism is the term for an underactive thyroid.Also, it was mentioned that you lose calories by eating cantaloupe. Where did you get this research? That is (sadly) untrue! On the other hand, you do actually lose calories by eating & digesting celery, a fact that was missing from that specific section.I wish the author went a bit more in depth on artificial sweeteners. I'm unsure of the publish date, but there has been more research recently as to the negative effect on metabolism and weight loss (and not to mention current research indicating Splenda [regarded as the safest one out] causes leukemia, DNA damage and kills essential bacteria in the intestines. I believe all studies were done with high concentrations in lab mice, but it's something to consider when no long-term human research has been done.).Overall, I did find some helpful information, and with the changing of the major problems I mentioned above, I'd definitely raise my rating a star or two.
I actually flew through this book today, it was that good.I stopped once, at the BMR calculator page, and went to calculator.net where I learned I need about 1900 calories a day for my resting calorie burn, and with my current exercise I should lose maybe 2 pounds/week if I eat 1500 calories/day.I can do that! Especially in 6 smaller meals/day using yummy well-chosen and diverse foods. I've been feeling guilty if I eat that much, but it dawned on me the wisdom of this plan. It matches my body which so easily goes into famine mode if I eat too few calories.Then at around 80% of the book, there's a bunch of recipes. A bonus for me! They are for the most part different than healthy recipes I have seen in so many other places, and so simple to do.So I can set my Kindle to 80% or 85% of this book and easily find the recipes again.Good book!

I hate getting bad advice from bad golfers. With this book, I know who to listen to and who to ignore. Don't listen to bad golfers. Just buy this indespensible book.
Hogan's book is a short, but comprehensive analysis of the golf swing. His stated purpose of giving the average weekend golfer the tools to develop a repeatable golf swing has, in my opinion, been met. The fundamentals he espouses are few, and simple enough to implement without causing one to overthink. I found his views about grip and stance, and their importance in setting up the rest of the swing, particularly helpful. If you're a student of the game, this book is a prerequisite before reading the multitude of expert analyses of Hogan's swing that are available elsewhere. The advanced golfer interested in developing his/her knowledge of shaping shots and ball flight won't find information here. But if you're like me and want to develop better consistency of contact with all your clubs and eliminate anxiety as you stand over the ball, then this book is for you.
I'm a novice golfer that has been away for the sport for several years. Getting back into it I wanted to find a resource that took a simple and direct approach to the golf swing. I think I have found it. In a sea of technology, social media marketing and five steps programs to driving the ball 300+ yards, this book gets right down to business and what the golf swing is really all about. If you take the teachings and then go online and see the many slow motion videos of Mr. Hogan's swing, then you can really see how it all comes together. And the illustrations in the book are very effective and well done too. I'm a visual learner, so that was important to me. Lastly, I'll say that I love the way this book is written. Somehow it seems to give you a sense not just about the swing, but about the man behind perhaps the most beautiful swing in golf history. Very beautifully executed book.
Combating a little a stationary small ball with a stick for the purpose of sinking it in a hole 400 yards away with hazards to avoid on the way is a fascinating concept of a game to anyone beside golfers. Hogan went through how he mastered, if there is such a thing as he puts it, the game over decades of learning, practicing, and improving. Before I took golf at a later age I calculated how many strokes of 7 iron I need to do a 6000 yard course. The answer of course is 40 shots. I doubled that for putts and goofs which makes it 80. I thought there isn't much to master that game and it has been my daily challenge for 20 years. The book shows 8 specific motions to do that. Success is not guaranteed though. Very enjoyable reading.
This book is all any starting novice golfer will need for proper instructions on full swing. For short game, I will recommend Getting Up And Down by Tom Watson. I found numerous videos for tips available in Youtube largely useless or misleading. To learn powerful and repeatable full swing, this book is best because it explains all the steps from the grip to downswing as one coherent system that is what Mr. Hogan refers to as chain actions. Having said that, this book elicits some questions, as well. For example, though Mr. Hogan devoted Chapter 2 to stance and posture, unexplicably he does not talk about address. In two other equally great books, Getting Up And Down by Tom Watson and Golf My Way by Jack Nicklaus, the authors emphasize address should reflect so called hitting geometry in which the hands are ahead of the ball location. The reader of this book can only guess what Mr. Hogan's thought should be on proper address from one of the illustrations in the book, where remarkably to me at least, the club is held almost perfectlly vertical (pg. 24)! I can also see the same vertical address in numerous videos of him. Another example is the position of the grip at the top of backswing that he aptly refers to as the crossroad. He emphasizes in this book the left arm and grip should stay in the backswing plane which is defined by the shoulders and the ball location. This is a point I found very useful and follow. However, it s widely known that his grip at the crossroad was far below this plane and, as a matter of fact, one of the flattest of all PGA pros according to Jack Nicklaus. Nevertheless, I have no doubt this is the first book any starting golfers should read and refer to whenever they have questions when they practice full swing. They will benefit immeasurably.
Played golf on and off for years with my game never improving, even with lessons. Frustration led me to this book that I selected based on its high ratings. In his book, Ben Hogan offers simple lessons of how to hold a club, the proper stance, back swing, and downswing. The lessons have significantly improved my game with me hitting good, straight shots. The distances for each club have increased twenty percent. The book may have been written in the fifties, but the lessons are timeless.
This is the only thing a golfer needs to read...i am sure there are things in here that do not apply to all golfers..but in general, this is the golf swing. You can spend thousands of dollars on lessons, aids, etc...( I know because i did!) and then come back to realize this is every bit of all that..condensed into a short book. I also learned the hard way that my parents knew what they were talking about! (Of course that cost me quite a bit more than golf did...but I'll,write that book review if my Dad can come back from beside the good lord and write it!)
Wish I read this 20 years ago when I first started playing the game. Over the years I learned things that made my game decently work. After reading this, it became apparent that my fundamentals were wayyyyyy off. This brought new perspective to my game. my arms would tire out by the end of a round due to over utilization of my arm muscles. Now, My swing is more efficient, repeatable and effective.
