Sammasati's poetry is a collection of women's stories. They are filled with strength, sensuality, and personal awareness. I believe my favorite may be "Miracles of Love." She writes "Being in love led to self-exploration; saga of liberation from suffering. Being in love led to adventure; footsteps to meet my inner guide.".... The reason this poem spoke to me is that I have said regarding my own husband... "I am a better version of me because of him. And he is a better version of him because of me." This particular poem articulates this and celebrates the woman's strength, while recognizing that she is simply more herself by experiencing great love.

Wonderful spiritual insights into the nature of romantic relationships and the search for TRUE satisfaction within and through Awareness. This poetry helps to bring to the surface suppressed thoughts and emotions regarding romance and so has served for me as a kind of cleansing on multiple occasions helping to lay the ground for deeper and truer relating with others.
